About Our Scholarship Program
Grand County Soccer Club has a limited amount of scholarship funds available. Scholarships can be awarded for any GCSC program and are based on individual/family needs. For this reason, only a select portion of participants are eligible for financial aid in a given year. If there is more than one family member in the family requesting a scholarship, a separate form is needed for each athlete. Scholarship Consideration
Financial Aid Applicants are considered based on the following criteria:
- Financial Need – proof of need, as specified in the application, must be provided and will be held confidential.
- Player’s ability and potential for development in the club.
- Family’s participation in club programs or events that help offset funding awarded.
Scholarship review is done by the Grand County Soccer Board.
Volunteer Commitment
Grand County Soccer Club is solely run by volunteers. We ask that any recipient of a scholarship offer to volunteer their time as needed to help the Club or Team.
